Regulating your nervous system so you can rest and digest to repair and recover.  Yoga classes suitable for every body.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Bolster is supplied but please bring your own if you have one and prefer.

Adam Buchanan and Sara Farrell come together to offer a live music and gentle yoga experience. Immerse yourself in the live sounds whilst being guided to a more relaxed and peaceful state through gentle yoga and restorative yoga.

Sunday Soul mini retreat day

Spend a little longer, dwell a little deeper and settle into stillness. A gentle yoga flow to support all bodies and abilities followed by breathwork to regulate your nervous system to support healing and optimal health and vitality. 

This mini retreat is a complete relaxation for body, mind & spirit. Restorative Yoga to settle into peace and a yoga nidra to encourage deep full body relaxation. We finish the mini retreat with bliss balls and herbal tea.
