Soul Flow is the practice that Sara your local yoga teacher here in Mudjimba has curated over the past 15 years here on the Sunshine Coast to bring about the best of the relaxation benefits of yoga and how to incorporate them into your life on a regular basis.

Sunday Soul Flow are held every  Sunday here in Mudjimba. A luxurious  75 minute feature class from 4pm  – 5.15pm to guide you to a more restful and peaceful state. What a way to start the week ahead from a place of peace and calm.

Join Sara Farrell who is a passionate and specialist  Yoga Teacher as she delivers a wholesome and mindful approach to Yoga that is suited for everybody that would like to slow the pace and relax whilst building a quiet strength and mental stamina. When we take the time to slow down and calm the nervous system it gives our body the opportunity to repair and reset. To heal and build a reservoir of energy.

Spend a little longer, dwell a littel deeper and settle into stillness. A gentle yoga flow to support all bodies and abilities followed by breathwork to regulate your nervous system to support healing and optimal health and vitality. Sound healing sessions to guide you to a deeper state of rest and to enhance the experience of the senses. 

This mini retreat is a complete relaxation for body, mind & spirit. Restorative Yoga to settle into peace and a yoga nidra to encourage deep full body relaxation. We finish the mini retreat with bliss balls and herbal tea.
