Calm & Connect – NDIS Day Program
Calm & Connect is a small group NDIS weekday program offering a structured wellbeing day that includes accessible yoga, gentle movement, creative activities, and time for connection and relaxation.
The program supports participants to build emotional wellbeing, social connection, and healthy routines in a calm and inclusive environment.
Yoga with Sara
A gentle and welcoming yoga practice designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and reconnection with the body.
Classes include slow mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, creating a space to pause, unwind, and restore balance.
ABOUT SARA
Sara Farrell is a yoga teacher and support worker who is passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves.
Through both yoga and the Calm & Connect day program, Sara brings a gentle, trauma-aware approach focused on nervous system regulation, meaningful connection, and supporting people to build confidence and wellbeing at their own pace.
At the heart of everything Sara offers is the belief that wellbeing grows through calm environments, meaningful connection, and compassionate support.
