This retreat morning is an extended version of our much-loved Sunday Soul Flow class – giving you extra time to unwind, restore, and soak up the benefits of a slower, more mindful practice.

You’ll be guided through:
🌿 Gentle yoga to soften tension in the body
🌿 Restorative meditation to calm the mind and nervous system
🌿 Time to simply be – to reset, reflect, and recharge

And to complete the experience, enjoy a warming cup of freshly brewed chai and a delicious homemade bliss ball shared with community.

Bring a friend or come just as you are – this retreat morning is open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

Sara Farrell and Adam come together to offer you an incredible two hour feature class with a  yoga practice  and sound bath to guide you to a state of peace and bliss through gentle movement and healing sounds. 

This sound healing session will invite you to move in a gentle and organic way to create space for clarity in your body and mind. From this space of clarity you will be invited to explore what it is that you would like to bring to life in this new year and plants seeds of intention that you can continue to nourish through out the year. 

Adam Buchanan is a multi-instrumentalist, therapist, and composer who believes in the unique healing power of sound. His sound baths will immerse you within SFX soundscapes and live sound healing instruments such as hardpan, singing, gong, flutes, crystal bowls, and many more fun instruments. He is an active musician of chanting circles, folk, and electronic music and runs workshops for sound healing, meditation, and art therapy.

 

Sara Farrell is an experienced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher trainer and will create a space for you to move in a curious way within your own body. Her approach is gentle and compassionate and you will be supported throughout your session with gentle yet potent movements, breathwork and a guided meditation. She has a joy and love for yoga and rest that is very calming and ripples out to everyone in the space.
